Visionssounds - a **** company

On 4th September 2026, I purchased a Canon camera with accesories paying by EFT on the same day.

VisionSounds acknowledged receipt of my proof of payment and confirmed that my order was being processed and shipped on the same day. I had explained before placing the order that I required delivery on teh 10th September . I paid an extra R300 for delivery within 2 days.

I contacted Gilbert on the delivery dates and every time a date and time was mentioned on Whatsup. the deadline of the 9th passed without delivery, Tracking information was not available as per the procedure stated on the web site.

I have since made several attempts to resolve the matter and requested confirmed dispatch with courier tracking. At the time of writing, I have still not received the product or a confrimation on when the in-house delivery will take place.

I am writing this review so that others stop ordering from this **** supplier who *****s your money with promises . Looking at other reviews on Google comfirms others have had similar experiences. Please stop ordering or considering this business as an on-line supplier of goods
