Worse service

The worst service ever received. If you are planning an international trip do not use this company. I asked for their assistance with a Italian visa 6 months prior to my departure. I sent them all my documents including my flights via the Uk. They then supp**** me with the wrong Visa info and no transit Visa for London even though I gave them my flight details 6 months prior to flying. Apparently they are visa experts but could not advise me that i would need a transit Visa flying via London. They refused to rectify this and give me my money back even though i lost my flights and had to rebook flights costing me 17 k. 2 Months to get a lame excuse from them denying any wrong doing. Don’t waste your time and money with this company.

Ill follow up explaining this In response to your emails where you say:

1. It is my responsibility to ask for the correct Visa : I supp**** all my documents and asked for assistance with my Italy Visa. Where and at what point do you then recommend I need a transit Visa after seeing my Documents and Airline tickets via London? I trust you as the expert to give me that information.

2. You say you didn’t have my original passport to check if i had a old transit visa: I sent my passport copy to you why didn’t you ask me that question when i app****.

How could I ask for assistance with my transit visa with BA when I don’t even know I need one (that’s why I paid you )

It is your responsibility to inform me of the correct Visas You failed to give me the correct information yet you took my money. You refuse to offer at least an apology or a partial refund. I have read your other reviews on Google and I suggest everyone does before making use of your services, reviews dont lie.
