Worst experience at Visas unlimited
I would’ve given 0 stars if possible. The worst experience. Very unprofessional. They didn’t get all the required documents upfront then communicated very late regarding the visas and additional requirements. Very unhelpful. We eventually got our shengan visas after being told contradictory information regarding the same. They cost us a fortune in flights as they didn’t check the documentation properly and didn’t pick up that our flights are via Heathrow airport and that we needed another transit visa to move through the airport onto our final destination in the EU. At the airport we weren’t allowed on the flight and had to book another flight at our own cost directly into the EU. Nasreen at visas unlimited put me on hold for 20 minutes without coming back to me after “checking the flight details” and never responding again after this. Worst service ever.

Don't use them
No attention to detail, so called represenative has no idea what is going on and late. Incorrect information given through to customers.
