Unprofessional Not done correctly

<p>I am very disappointed, i have done my visa there about 2 years ago and had the best services and the lady went extra mile for me. This time it was different the lady who assisted us with my mum's visa(noT going to say any names) I feel she did not do anything at all ,we done most of the work and my mum paid them to do it. At 1st she told me that she is going to submit the online application the same day she got it from my mum so we have send her all the letter,statement,council tax bills ,flight quotes and everything that you need to apply for the visa then after a week I received a email saying that we need to do a new quote and she needs my mum's surname,and my address in the UK, so then I send her a email back saying that we have done a invitation letter for my mum and her full names and surname was in the letter aswell as my UK address, and on the council tax bill,how do you ask someone's for the information again after a week but you have all the bills and letters?And my mum's passports? Very unprofessional but after that she have still not submitted my mum's application I send her a email because my mum haven't received a embassy date yet and the she emailed me back saying that she need a new flight quote after I have done it..so eventually after 2 weeks my mum received a embassy date.. After my mum was at the embassy she was waiting for the embassy email saying her visa was ready. Then 3 day's before the due date of the visa collections she phoned my mum saying the visa was ready she must go to they're office's and bring along her ID so my mum went there and she said to my mum they need a copy of ther ID to go and collect it for her but the guy can only go the next day so my mum asked her could she go and collect it so she gave my mum the check list to go, to the embassy, so my mum went to the embassy when my mum arravid at the embassy the embassy said to her that the visa was not ready yet. So then again my mum phoned the lady at visas office's so she gave a different story and she said that she have told my mum it's not ready yet they have forgotten to take her ID in the beginning, but my point is she gave my mum the check list to go all the way there after she knew that she had mest up for not taking the ID in the beginning.. So we were very upset because my mum paid then to do a job but my mum was the one going up and down, and she gave the wrong information, Now we arravid at the end due date so my mum received a call again saying that her visa was ready.. So my mum asked her to send the confirmation from the embassy saying it ready ok she has done that but then she told to my mum but she can only go the next day because that's when she will get it..but on the embassy email it said that your visa is ready for collection so my mum when and collected her visa herself.. Truly I am not a person who complain but this was done wrong from the start.. And unprofessional very disappointed as I said that I have done mine there aswell without any problems I Think it just depends who help you some people are just there because they need to be there but other's really go out of they're way to assist you this time it was not our luck.</p>
