Poor Service

Visa for UK REFUSED DUE to Visas Unlimited and Passports Cc NOT accurately presenting my personal and economic circumstances.

Documents not provided for: my mother is British no copy asked nor sent on my behalf

Unclear who’s bank account was being used ? Really ?

Letter from sponsor who is the business owner not an employer!

My requirements not met due to poor service and lack of evidence that was not submitted as this was given to Samantha by me.

My elderly mother had to travel alone due to me not receiving my visa and not ever having this opportunity again to experience what could of been a memorable lifetime experience meeting family I don’t know.

I recommend doing it yourself as this was not a service but just a way of taking your money.

No refund just covering there own business and blaming it on the embassy’s decision. Not right and definately not fair.
