POOR SERVICE

Absolutely poor service!! App**** for Italy Visa and when I arrived for biometrics my paperwork was not correct, which I paid them to review and submit. No follow ups from them no communication to me. I have to continuously ask and ask and ask. Fellow travellers app**** a week after me and they already have their visas Reported this to the supervisor, Samantha but very little joy STAY AWAY!!!
