BAD SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE

We have a contract with virtual comms stating if our business supply them with power for their high rise then they will supply us with 2 Gigs of internet data 512 Kilobyte Wi-Fi. When we buy additional Cap in the SAME MONTH our 2 gigs that is supposed to be supp**** falls away. As well if the manager Willem of the Company in Klerksdorp does a poor installation then I don't know how the quality of service could be monitored as a company is supposed to be. The Cat-5 wire hangs low from our building to our lessor's building NOT fastened. The installation was done in such a inconvenience that our lessor complained to us. When we call the office the morning the lady says she will tell him, when we called back the afternoon not receiving an answer she says that she received an email from him stating that our repair work shop INSIDE THE BUILDING was too unorganised. The attitude and the service is DISGRACEFUL.
