Bad Service

I was promised on two occasions that my installation will be done. (installation never happened) I received no calls or mails telling me that the installation will not happen. I had to phone in my self and ask, both occasion two different people told me different reasons for not showing up. Either they had no parts or they had few people working. If this is the service to new clients I would most likely be shock with the service they give afterwards. I would not recommend this ISP to anyone.

P.S You cant complain about the service if there is no service.
