However, after numerous notifications regarding the misuse of the service and consistent instances of inappropriate language directed towards our personnel, we have concluded that this is the best course of action. Our team members have been doing their utmost to assist. Still, the ongoing disregard for professional conduct and respectful communication has regrettably made it impossible for us to continue the relationship. As a professional company, we are committed to upholding our code of conduct. Our priority is serving clients who respect the mutual expectations of service and professionalism.
