YOUR LANGUAGE BUT THEIR RULES

I received an email which stated my policy was amended with insurer, but i did not amend anything, I took time out from work to call and spent however long on the phone with company, agent stated she cant see a change and that she is not sure why i received the email. I also gave her the colour of my car which i tried inserting myself online but couldn't, it still to this day does not show on my policy, when you try to contact Virseker via email, you cant, I cant spend every 5 minutes on the phone with them if i want to ask something, I found an email address on their facebook page but it comes back. They force you to call or be called, never mind convenience for the client as all clients can apparently spend however long on their phone every time, then i can afford to be a client of VIrseker
