WORST SERVICE FROM VIRSEKER CLAIMS dept and no communication

Worst experience ever! Stay away from them! Drove through some water, asked them to tow my vehicle to check if water entered the motor. They returned the car AFTER 23 DAYS yesterday and said its fine. No communication, no updates, horrible service and Janine de Bruin is the worst claims consultant ever. So incompassionate! Never again
