Worst Customer Service

One month since the accident, me the third party heard nothing from the insurance company, had to suck everything out of them. No one phoned me, had to fight to get anything from them and now worst off all, after finally getting a courtesy car approved, they promised the car will be brought to my house today & someone will phone me with the details. No phone call & no car. Car went in for repairs yesterday, have no car & nobody to help, they don't work weekends! Worst service, will never recommend VirSeker insurance company to anybody. They have no customer service, never keep their promises and everything is a fight. So disappointed in the worst experience I ever had from any company or place. Airtime is finished from all the phone calls to VirSeker, do not even have the words to express the frustration this all caused me.
