Worse company ever!

During lockdown i've emailed them to advise them of late payment and requesting assistance as to how we can go to stay covered during this time, no response to any of my emails. I got into an accident during this period and my claim was declined stating I'm at fault as I failed to call them once one responded to my mail. At the same time my bike was taken for assessment a per procedure. When my bike was returned to my address with no prior arrangements whatsoever and while I'm at work. It was delivered with a fender missing as well as no license and license disk as Virseker removed it. I've emailed them once again and I was told someone will call me with regards to this matter. It's been weeks with no reply from them only me sending follow up emails.

This is the worse insurance company ever!!!!
