Virseker - worst ever insurance

Stay away!!!!!!! Worst insurance company ever!! We had a lightning strike to our solar systen. Assessed by an electrical engineer and the electrician sent out by them that confirmed it was a lightning strike! We waited 3 weeks for a response for something so simple. They refuse to pay out because according to their panel (who did not even see the system) the batteries are only old. The system is less than 2 years old and the expectes life span of the batteries was still another 5+ years. They make the one excuse after the other not to pay!!!
