Virseker, virseker die beste.

On 20 July 2018 at around 15:00 I confirmed my new insurance with Virseker with Janick Wilson, one of their consultants. On Saturday 21 July 2018 I had a major mechanical breakdown with my vehicle insured for les than 24 hours. After a rejected warranty claim by one of our leading manufacturers I contacted Janick. He directed my to Beryl Marais at their claims department. Since then Beryl had to endure me and my frustrations. Always keeping calm and assuring me that the matter is in her capable hands. After a very lenghty process with loads of confirmations i have received the good news that the will cover the costs for replacing the engin. This after i was covered for less than 24 hours. For those reading this review, bear with your insurance. They know what they do. Thanks Janick and Beryl for excelent service. Thank you Virseker for giving me hope for South Africa.
