Sent out a knowledgeable person to investigate my claim. Unfortunately for the expert I had more knowledge in the construction field than him and he could not proof to my why my claim was invalid... Never heard anything from them again and never seen the idiot's report. That's why I left this useless company. They go above and beyond measure to not pay their clients... Luckily I'm done with them.
