Virseker *****ulent debit order

Please be aware of this company selling short term insurance, I asked for a quotation last year and all of a sudden there is a debit order loaded on my bank account which I struggle to cancel, I have send emails to them requesting to stop the 'insurance quote' but they would not listen.
