Virseker , the worst insurer to join.

We joined with Virseker a few months ago and the transition was amazing. Discounted price just so we would join.

Then the problems started with w pipe that leaked and leaked and leaked.

An Assessor came out to assess and then suggested a reroute of the pipe, our insurance decided dead in the moment that this pipe will not be covered anymore after nearly two weeks of having no water or communication from them.

We called , ignored Janine was the main person we dealt with and she could not give us clarity. She had the terrible response to.our concern and problem at hand.

We then cancelled service with them and they left our garage with two massive holes and yet no water.

Quick to sign up but when help is really needed then they don't care whether they loose a decent client.
