VirSeker - The company that sources your personal info and send messages without permission

The business got my phone number and sends me marketing messages yet I did not sign up with them nor give them permission to send me sms.

I expect this to be investigated and I want a reason as to why I got sent SMS.

Proof that I gave them no permission is the fact that they send me messages in AFRIKAANS, but I am ENGLISH. I don't sign anything up in afrikaans.

So firstly they got my number somewhere and then they "assumed" my language is afrikaans and that proves that they are getting information somewhere. I would like to have this company investigate. This is illegitimate behaviour.

If nothing is done I will contact the NCC and Financial Sector Conduct Authority.

So please, either you provide a valid explanation or I will report this to the police and all authorities mentioned, I will request an audit be done.

No, the phone number was not taken over by someone else. The marketing messages have my name in there "Mnr. Smit" I have not signed up for any quotes before for this company. I have not found them online either. I was not referred by a friend, none of my friends have VirSeker as an insurance provider.
