Virseker - terrible service

I have been trying to get in touch with Virseker regarding a motor vehicle collision. The other party's insurance has contacted me instead of Virseker due to Virseker not answering. I have been trying to get ahold of virseker to discuss the claim to no avail. I have tried sending an email as directed (by a call centre agent who could not help me with my claim) to *** and it bounces back.

I have been a loyal customer of Virseker for more than 4 years and this is the first time I need Virseker to assist me with a claim. I am very disappointed.
