The camera system and router were damaged by lightning. We phoned the amount that we must pay in is double the normal amount because it was caused by lightning. How the hell is this possible. They are just out to make money. There ways by doing stuff is ridiculous. A previous time it was the roof. They came out the guy said our roof are looked after. Then we received a message that there is no plastic in the roof they are only going to pay out to paint the ceiling. We said to keave it got a company to fix the roof. Then they send us a message because a call were logged our bonus is gone even if nothing were paid out. Why do you have assurance. Everytime different story. They say they are the best.
