virseker - shocking. Deduct debit order twice on one day and now they it is a struggle to get my money back!

I will not even give this insurance company 1 star. I decided to change over to virseker as the offer looked good on paper. Then came the debit order, they debited my account twice on the 1st of September. I contacted them on the 2nd, the confirmed they can see the 2 dubble deduction and will arrange to pay the installment back. 3rd no payment back, I called again. Now I had to send a mail. Send the mail, again nothing. Then they requested my bank statement, after they confirmed they can see on their system that they made a mistake. 6 Jan, still no joy after yet another call. Every time they have a different requirement and story.
