Virseker/ RSG radio competition

I won an competition to receive R5 000 of Virseker on RSG in January 2024. Never heard from Virseker, until I received a phone call from a lady asking for my e mail address so that Virseker can contact me in connection with this prize. It is now 2 weeks later and still have had contact with Virseker. Is this just a **** and if you don’t change to them for insurance you don’t get the prize money?
