Virseker - prompt and efficient service

I had excellent service from Virseker when I had a leaking geyser 2 weeks ago. They arranged for a plumber to come and inspect the damage within less than 24 hours, and for the geyser to be replaced a day later. They followed up with me regularly to ensure that the service provider had contacted me, had been to assess the damage and had effected the repairs. They also organised for an assessor to assess the damage to the ceiling, although I had to phone them to remind them that this part of the claim still needed to be finalised, and the painters are coming to paint the ceiling next week. I had to pay an excess on the geyser, but the rest of the work is all covered by my policy. All in all, efficient and friendly service from Virseker.
