The worst experience in insurance! In their policy it states that your vehicle will be repaired by an approved panelbeater for the make of your vehicle — yet they always go the cheapest way, do not listen to your requests, and sends the vehicle to a non approved panelbeater to save money.

They lure you in supporting Afrikaans as your loyalty to being Afrikaans but that is just a hook to lure you in. Service is pathetic — do not do their job by offering rental car when vehicle is in for repairs — you have to do that yourself.

The please “rate our service at the end of the call” never happens not the promised SMS feedback — only send on demand!

The other party had been at fault (third party claim) — yet, while all other prior insurance companies sorted this out, I am told that I have to do this and that! It is their money to get back from the guilty party but they are absolutely passive and oblivious.

I do not recommend them to anyone and will move to another insurer ASAP!

STAY AWAY!!!
