Virseker - one of the worst insurers ever!!

Virseker, the WORST insurance company ever!! Our home were broken into earlier this year with a few items ******, i.e. TV x 3, laptop, playstation and all the games and some other small items not even mentioned. After the claim, which took over three months to be resolved, my premium went up a staggering R500+ and from that increment to yet again with another R300 odd. They didn't pay me out my claimed amount, just a fraction as I was "under" insured for the total household, thus instead of paying me out around the R50k mark, they paid out R13k because I was around R15k under insured!! What the hell is fair about that? They take the premiums two to three days before the actual agreed debit date, thus just before payday taking your last monies and leave you with nothing for that stretch to payday!! I am DONE with these people now!!!
