policy Nr ***. In October 2019 a friend of ours passed away. His partner asked me to notify insure in order to cancel his car insurance as it was taken off her bank account. We mailed insure on the 24 October 2019 and attached a copy of the death certificate and a letter from her to cancel the debit order. On 26 October we send a follow up request and received a second automated reply that they will attend to the matter. Today 14 July we again approached them as they are still deducting payment every month. Again we had to mail proof of correspondence re the first time we notified them. Today they phoned Naomi and demanded a certified statement from the person that bought the car, a copy of the "Will" etc. This shows that they are now stalling. They also questioned why she didnt quarry this issue weekly. When she explained that she had a lot to deal with she was told they will now cancel the policy but wont pay her back for all the installments since she first asked that it be stopped. Please be careful dealing with this company they are not for their customers but only for profits. On their WEBSITE they state the following : "By Virseker probeer ons altyd om jou versekeringspad so gemaklik as moontlik te maak." do not trust this.
