Virseker - No feedback or response from them, its been months

Extremely frustrated with a claim. Its been months, no reply from Virseker. We used the method of contact as on their website with the claim. We are not residing in SA and cannot communicate in any other way than on the website. We had family in SA phone them and ask them to please phone us, just promises. We ended up paying our claim for our home in SA out of our pockets and are still waiting for Virseker to respond. So disappointed!!!!!! Please contact us via email ***. We used a provider that is contracted with them but no results.
