Virseker never again.

This company is exactly as bad as the other insurance companies, if not more. When it is time to claim they are full of excuses. Apparently when you have a swimming pool, only the pool is covered not the pipes or pool pump, JUST THE SHELL OF THE POOL, Virseker let me just inform you: a pool consists of a shell, a pump, pipes, a pool light and a creepy crawly.

After the winter one of my pipes burst, now they say they won't pay out because it is due to breakdown and deterioration. The pipe is going to break if it freezes in winter, what do you expect me to do. . .heat up my lawn/paving or fill the pool with hot water?? I'd love to hear the excuses you give for car crashes or house break ins, probably "sorry sir we only cover the left side of your car" or "sorry sir we only cover your home in the day time". You will probably ***** me over when I need to claim for my business one day so I'm done with you Virseker people and done with insurance overall business and home as well as vehicle, I'd rather put the monthly premium in a savings account and use it when I need it, this will be more reliable than your insurance and I don't need to fight to get it fixed or replaced.
