Virseker n Teleurstelling

Virseker tries their best not to pay out. My girlfriend has an expensive laptop insured with Virseker. The graphics chip started overheating and the laptop can now only turn on and do basic tasks, meaning my girlfriend can no longer do on the laptop what is necesary for her studies as the computer keeps crashing the programs. We had the laptop inspected by a technician and she advised that the chip which is directly mounted to the motherboard is permenantly damaged amd cannot be repaired. We contacted virseker and they insist on not paying out. So what was she paying for then exactly? Utterly dissapointing, and making us think of moving household and vehicle insurance over to Outsurance as my other family members never had a problem with them.
