Virseker must fall

This has been the worst Experian's I have ever had regarding insurance With 15 years of dealing with insurance, Virseker is by far the worst one. Will not recommend it to my worst enemy. Average of 40 minutes holding on for consultants to get approval from management whom are never available. Took 5 days to get a rental car and sat at the george airport for 6 hours after it was confirmed for pick up only to find out the vehicle is no longer available.I specifically requested a bakkie as a hire vehicle as I live 40km from the nearest tar road and it was noted on my polisie and additionally charged as the sales person loaded it as an LDV light duty vehicle but had thousands of excuses to not provide a bakkie, I also requested the original recording of the day I was contacted with all the information I provided but never received. Also make sure to reed the policy with attention before signing and payment as a lot of surprise cost appears when you claim for something you where told you where covered for but at the end of the day not. My claim was submitted on the 27th March 2025 it is now the 14th of April 2025 and nothing has been done, I spend hours every day trying to get hold of them but with no luck. Every time a talk to a consultant it is promised that they will make sure the manager contacts me, but never do. There are real insurance company's out there that would be 100% better.

A mistake from my side to not do my research beforehand.

PS. Do your self a favour and go and read all the bad reviews on google it is appalling.
