Virseker Legal and Third Party's non response

This is today one week ago when a lady reversed into me on private property. She immediately reported with Virseker and the same day I was given a claim number and telephone number to provide my details as-well. I was told that Legal will contact me the next day. I phoned the next day late to try and find out what was happening. I was told no I should be talking to Third party claims. I hold on for quite some time and eventually rhe call was dropped. Then in this week I was told that Third party claims should assist me and call me back. Now again I am told that Legal must contact me. Still NO call from Virseker. In the interim who is payment for all my calls. I had to drive up and down to get quotations which currently sever no purpose if I cannot hand then in. Do they play for time? Are they so busy! My next step will be a Legal claim through an attorney as she will now be held liable! She did do het share but her insurance realy failed her.
