What a bunch of ********. I don't claim for equipment that is damaged due to load shedding but when i want to claim for a roof leak it is said it is pre-existing. You or your assessors were not here to see the rain and the water gushing through the ceiling. You don't have a problem taking funds from my account but when it is time to pay you use all the excuses in the book. People beware, even Afrikaners can scheme people out of their hard earned monies.
