Virseker Insurance : not so verseker!

Please do not make use of Virseker Insurance. They do NOT reply to emails. I cancelled by policy and yet they took my payment. For the last few days I struggle to get the refund. The lady that assisted me with my policy, did not even have the courtesy to return any of my emails.
