Virseker Insurance

I cancelled my insurance policy via email with this insurance company based in Pretoria. They claim they don't accept such a cancellation and needed to do so telephonically. Which was also done. Yet they still without fail every month take off their little premium. Which costs me debit fees and dispute fees from my bank Capitec, whom I also instructed accordingly. Between the two of them, they must be damn desperate for a few pennies.
