Virseker insurance does not listen

I am not happy with Virseker. I have been offered an extra product after asking to cancel it they just adjusted my amount. They literally dont listen.

They are quick to offer things but when you ask to cancel , they do not listen. They also deducted two amounts from my account and they come up with silly excuses for this.

I told them I am taking this further.

Terugvoer:
Ons bevestig dat die polisse effektief gekanseleer is soos versoek.
Ons vra jou om verskoning vir die ongerief wat veroorsaak is en ons is jammer om jou as klient te groet, maar wens jou alle sterkte toe vir die toekoms.
