Virseker Insurance Absolutely Disgusting!

I am disgusted with Virseker insurance, especially Mr Kanneman, the salesman. I received a call from Virseker w.r.t vehicle and household insurance. I received a quote and Mr Kanneman even told me that I have time to consider until 1September since I have current insurance at Santam. This was in July. After just a few days I emailed Mr Kanneman several times to advise that I will not leave Santam therefore will not take the Virseker insurance. I received a call from another agent and I told him the same. He simply hung up on me! Damn rude! I emailed Mr Kanneman again with the same story. No reply from him. Much to my surprise, the debit order went off my bank account on 31 July. I reversed it and stopped the debit order. Emailed Mr Kanneman again, again no response. Then several sms's followed to which I rep****. Today, ANOTHER debit order goes off! I'm so furious with Virseker. I cancelled this debit order too. The cheek these people have! I don't recommend such *********** people nor Virseker to anyone! They pay no attention to the potential clients. Absolutely rude not to even respond to emails about business and hanging up in one's ear! Disgusting service and disgusting company!
