VIRSEKER INSURANCE ****
On Friday last week I was called and sold an insurance proposal, to change over to Virseker. The salesman claimed I would be contacted on Monday to confirm the policy. Over the weekend I decided I was not happy with the policy. On Monday I receieved an email with quotations, which I rep**** to with cancellation instructions. This email has not been acknowledged to date. I have requested calls from Virseker on 2 occasions, without action to date. This service is deceptive and a waste of personal time. Mr Daniels

Friday, 4 days after my initial email, I was contacted by telephone and told my policy would be cancelled. I requested confirmation of cancellation via email. This far, no confirmation of policy cancellation. I'm going away on business on Monday and will be out of mobile range. Virseker is wasting my time and resources with empty promises. I would recommend avoiding this company due to pathetic customer service.
