VIRSEKER *****ING FROM SASSA ELDERLY

My parents TV was struck by lightning. We phoned Virseker - They sended out people that almost broke the TV from the wall. We followed up 2 days after they fetch the TV, the company **** about fetching the TV - and was very rude to us. They put the phone down. When we call again they said they dropped the television before take a look at it. I was taking with Nadine at Virseker - she was very helpful at the beginning and then turned on my mom and dad. She cancelled the claim.. no longer her problem. We have a choice of an old tv that was build up - or only 15% of the total claim. This is *****ing from SASSA ELDERLY.
