Virseker giving me runaround
My previous claim was handled quite professionally, by my Dec 2021 claim is a disaster. Virseker says claim was approved and panel beater was informed. Panel beater says no instruction was received from Virseker. Nine phone calls later and promises to contact me - no joy. Natasha promised to get back to me today but alas no response.

14 Jan 2022, 11:59Issue was resolved this morning. Was contacted by Auto Magic head office that informed me that they had received notification from Virseker. Will inform Menlyn branch to contact me.
