VIRSEKER- EERDER ONSEKER!!!

I have been with Virseker for 3 years or more. Only had one claim done by them as every time a claim is registered there is always a story! Their excess payments are by far the highest! Wanted to claim my lawn mower last week as it was ****** from behind two closed/locked gates. The lady told me that the cannot pay the claim as the lawn mower was not locked behind a door or inside a garage. Sorry lady! I do not have a garage, and this was stated when I insured my goods with them! Where should I put my lawn mower at night? in my one bedroom apartment???
