I have never in my life come across such an *********** bunch of people who are VERY quick to sell you a policy but when it comes to claiming, they will try everything in their power to deny you service! I don't have any doubt that they have ****** millions in premiums without authorising any claims, that they try and lie their way out of a claim and will go to extreme lengths to avoid a pay-out. They are nothing but opportunistic *******!! If you took out wheel and rim as a value added service, good luck getting your claim paid - I can almost promise you with certainy, YOU WON'T.
