Virseker charging me for incorrect stuff

I have cancelled multiple vehicle insurance but the never take it off each month I get charge the full amount then call and cancel again each time they say it has not been done but they have fixed it, still waiting for a few months of refunds can’t get anything last month a tool of every thing this month I stil get charged this is worst insurance I have yet to have rather go pay more at another company very disappointing
