Great Service at inception of the policy. Great service when I cancelled my policy - feel sorry for the poor agent that tried to save the policy he needs to get a medal for his patience - Reason - Total Service failure at claim stage!!!!! You will lose more clients due to this. Was a **** show... You use Google as a search engine for the closest workshop - towtruck picked up the car and my grandson. Took them to the nearest workshop in Carletonville - only to find that the workshop no longer exist. Same next stop Westonaria...lol same thing my daugther and her husband went through and eventually met up with the towtruck there - then they wanted to take the car all the way back to Potch? They then said the towtruck company will take the car to Randfontein and from there we can collect it in the morning... With all the calls that the call centre agent made and the run around from one place to another they could have loaded the case and dropped it off at my house.. They did give me an option to take the car home at a charge of R2500 but I was not going to pay that out of principle. I have my other cars insured with Outsurance. Last year we went to Bela Bela and my other car broke down just after Carousel. They sent a flat bed trailer and took the car and my family home FREE of charge.
