I tried to find out if I can log a 3rd party claim in December 21 and up to now no one came back to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

16 May 2022, 11:31COMPLAINT - *** 4 - This people is pathetic. The to inn came to fetch my vehicle that had damages of a pothole on 29 April 22. No communication of call to confirm, they just pitch here. No business card or who they is and they took the vehicle. On 6 May 2022 I contact them to find out where my vehicle is and asked them to PLEASE, PLEASE update me via mail or sms as to what happens on the vehicle. After numerus calls and frustration they told me they are not going assist me with the claim. Every time I had to phone and every single time they say the will call or mail me, but another BULL**** Story. The cherry on the cake this morning the tow inn phoned me for the address where the vehicle are currently for them to return the vehicle. How pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
