Virseker

I like to tell you about the worst insurance company, they tell you they're Insurance in your language, which is awesome, BUT, when it comes to helping their customers, they suck, even in Afrikaans! I'm so disappointed in Virseker! I had a claim recently. With all the rain since January 2021 something in my roof were happening. I told them and asked if they can please come and d have a look at it. They send an assessor, apparently he couldn't really get to what may caused the roof to collapse! So they left me with a leaking roof! Every day when it rains, I had to put buckets everywhere, empty them twice or more and so it went on. Virseker phoned me one afternoon and told me that they will not repair my roof. Nobody can even tell me what the problem is, just sorry we understand but we wil not pay out for repairing my roof. I told them I didn't want the money, I just need repairs done. They need proof of anything that could go wrong, how does ones roof just collapse? I will cancel my insurance, for sure! So please people, these people just want to take your money and never help you!
