I equate this company to a ***** or in the same line as a cheating spouse.....never to be trusted!!!! They are more than happy to take your money but will hide behind obscure red tape to decline a claim. For the sake of a R5000 job they have lost me as a client. I have paid them far more than the claim I submitted in premiums...a truer example of penny wise pound foolish doesnt exist!!

If you are looking for insurance cover run in the opposite direction of virseker (auto & general) it will save you a lot of hassle and ensure your blood pressure remains stable.
