My son had an accident on June 5 2019. It is now September 6 2019 and we still cannot have the issues resolved. After the initial accident we received the car back on 19 August 2019 from Savanah Coach Works. There were several issues including a missing navigation card, a damaged towbar connection plug, a paint blemish on the repaired fender, a strange knocking sound, car battling to start upon occasion, He is in constant contact with them but is being sent from port to starboard, hours wasted on the telephone, unfulfilled promises of returned phonecalls within 24 -48 hours.

He is a final year engineering student and cannot spend fruitless hours chasing insurance around and we are in Middelburg. My wife has also spent a lot of time on the phone with Virseker with promises of feedback and action - all to no avail.

I am appalled at the pathetic service, lack of dedication, beating around the bush and general lack of any form of customer service. Time to action from time of accident to delivery to panel-beaters, lack of expertise in identifying all obvious problems, lack of after service satisfaction and follow ups and a very poor attitude in all respects we have been exposed to.

I truly have never previously had the misfortune of dealing with a company of any kind in whatever field of supposed expertise that consistently and reliably strives to underachieve at what they are supposed to do.

As so succinctly put to me recently - THEY TRULY SUCK AT WHAT THEY DO.
