Very happy customer

My sun glasses was ****** out of my bag @ a action cricket area.<br> I phoned Virseker to find out if I can claim for the sun glasses on my insurance as it was Oakley's. I was informed that I can do it. I was told that a certain person was work with my policy and was told that she will phone me back as she was busy with another call. She was to phone me back before 12 o'clock. Low and behold I was phone back by Rakeeba just after 12. She toke down my claim and informed me that it was approved and that the claim will be paid out in 3 to 4 days into my bank account. I was also informed that I need to go to the SAPS to report the incident and give through the case number for the records. All this was done before 13:30. On my way home from work I received a sms the claim has been paid into my account. Rakeeba what happened to 3 to 4 days LOL. WOW that was impressive. All happened on the same day!!!!<br> Rakeeba to you and all the Virseker staff well done on keeping me as a client happy. I hope all your customers experience the same that I have. WELL DONE!!
