Very disappointed.

I am so disappointed with Virseker. I have a business insurance with 2 vehicles. The Accident claim submitted 27th September. Assessor report was done on the 8th. Until now, no outcome. I have to phone everyday and everyday and there is an excuse. They waiting on a recording. Then it's feedback from past insurance companies. Monday I was told Wednesday "today" I will receive a call. Nothing not even a courtesy call.
